Patient and Responsive

Kevin is professional. He is kind and listens well and seeks answers immediately and consistently. When we started he told us that he works for us and that was definitely noticed. He met our needs and if he needed to redirect us he did so with knowledge, facts, and patience. In the end, he provided good suggestions and always looked into answers that he didn't know and relayed them quick. His communication was quick and consistent. Out of State Buyer

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin Joyce at Houlihan Lawrence.  We reside on St. Simons Island, GA and were looking for another location in New York.  We contacted Kevin after looking over his website and asked him to preview a property for us.  He visited the property the next morning and took extensive videos of the home and surrounding area. He worked through the evening to provide us with the details of the property.  He also provided a narration that was extremely helpful in our decision making.  Unfortunately this residence did not meet our needs; however, we can thank Kevin for making a trip back to New York unnecessary .  We will certainly utilize Kevin’s expertise again.  He is knowledgeable, industrious, tech savvy and willing to meet a customer’s needs.  We have worked in the past with many real estate agents, Kevin is among the best.

When I decided to move out of state from my hometown I engaged a realtor. It was a depressed market. The realtors worked hard at open houses but their agency offered few showings by their agents. I took the house off the market for the winter. In the spring I went to another agency and Kevin became my realtor. He is young, enthusiastic and had working. In the course of our dealings I went into contract twice as buyers did not get their mortgages. The second failure happened just prior to my final move. I left the sale in the hands of Kevin and my attorney. A buyer appeared and the sale went through without a hitch. I did not even have to return to NY for the sale. I highly recommend Kevin. If had other real estate to sell, he would be the first person to whom I would turn.
